Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery Information
Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from payment confirmation. Estimated Delivery Times: • Turkey: 1–3 business days • Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia: 2–4 business days • Europe: 3–7 business days Shipping is free on all orders. A tracking number is provided via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
2. Right of Return and Conditions
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Return conditions: • Product must be unopened and unused • Must be in its original packaging with seals and labels intact • All accessories must be included For hygiene and health reasons, products with opened packaging cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

4. Refund
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is completed within 14 (fourteen) business days. The refund is made via the original payment method (via PayTR to credit/debit card).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt. Please provide photographic documentation of the condition. In these cases: free exchange (if in stock) or full refund. Return shipping costs are covered by the Company.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Submit your cancellation request as soon as possible to: globaltreros@gmail.com. Dispatched orders are subject to the return procedure.
